MBA's rentable banquet room
- In May of 2003, the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties moved into its new headquarters at 335 116th Avenue SE in Bellevue. This new building includes an intimate, yet spacious banquet room with a beautiful backdrop of the surrounding flora and picturesque views of downtown Bellevue. The MBA is making this space available to rent to its members and to the public at large for banquets, meetings, receptions and other special events.

- The banquet room, which also includes a state-of-the-art sound system and audio visual support, seats up to 136 guests, and can accommodate as many as 180 guests for receptions. With its new design, and with the services of Design Perfect, this venue can provide the perfect setting for your next special event.
